Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is hiring a part-time Guest Service Representative at the Tamarack/Mirror Lake Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The GSR welcomes guests, handles check-in/check-out, and addresses guest questions with a friendly and efficient approach.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls and emails, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring accurate cash handling. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and facilitate check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones, voicemails, and emails promptly and positively.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance for room status.
• Monitor cash drawer and report discrepancies to GM.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
