Job summary

LaTour Hotels and Resorts, Inc. in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a part-time Guest Service Representative for the Tamarack/Mirror Lake Resort. The GSR warmly greets guests, assists with check-in/check-out, and ensures guests feel welcome from arrival through departure.

The role requires strong communication, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest questions quickly. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and facilitate check-in/check-out.
• Place welcome and departure calls per standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve questions or refer.
• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Complete shift checklists and submit to GM.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance.
• Review daily log for pass-along information.
• Manage cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Maintain neat and organized front desk.
• Perform concierge duties.
• Assist with bellman duties as needed.
