Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent for our Wisconsin location. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, answer phones, and maintain lobby cleanliness while supporting breakfast service and daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle confidential guest information. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take guest messages accurately.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep area clean and stocked.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to team via pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
