Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle check-in/check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Process guest payments and maintain records accurately.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with reservations and phone inquiries.
