Job summary

Best Western Plus Spokane North in North Spokane seeks a friendly Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests, manage bookings, check-ins, and provide information for a great stay.

This role includes overnight shifts from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with part-time to full-time scheduling and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work with housekeeping, maintain guest accounts, and assist with room assignments and special requests in our 76-room property.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• Proficiency in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shift 10:30 PM–7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed.
• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about room rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information.
• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests; distribute keys and room assignments; record credit card information.
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready.
