Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests; verify reservations and provide information about services and policies.
• Process check-out and payments; issue invoices and receipts with billing accuracy.
• Answer calls and emails; direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Manage reservations; handle cancellations and modifications in the system.
• Assist guests with requests such as room changes or amenities; provide local recommendations.
• Perform administrative duties: mail, visitor logs, filing, and desk presentation.
• Monitor access; issue visitor badges and follow security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile end of shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff when needed.
• Maintain organized front desk area and assist with general administration.
