Qualifications

• Previous experience as front desk agent or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitable and professional demeanor at all times.
• Proficient with computers and POS/PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Provide information on hotel services, hours, rates, and promotions.
• Resolve guest requests and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of daily group activities, arrivals, and departures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
