Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, or guest-related positions.
• Hospitality experience is preferred (hotels, restaurants, or similar).
• Proficient with basic computer applications including MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and efficiently at check-in/check-out.
• Answer inquiries and handle reservations and room bookings.
• Resolve guest issues promptly while maintaining a high level of service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.
• Process billing and payment transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure accurate log updates and timely communications with guests.
