Highgate Hotels at Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent. You will provide attentive, courteous service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will answer inquiries about restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and local attractions. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit policies, quoting rates and promotions, coordinating with in-house groups, using front desk software, balancing shift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• College coursework in related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of all rates, packages and promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and rate quoting.
