Qualifications

• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register, and assist with hotel needs.
• Register and assign guests to rooms and handle payments.
• Make and confirm reservations; balance accounts.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints.
• Operate the PMS system and communicate with other departments.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and adhere to safety standards.
