Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay. You will greet guests, check in, respond to requests and settle accounts while upholding service standards.

This role offers growth within the property and across the Accor network, opportunities to learn Opera, collaborate with a friendly team, and contribute to a guest-centric experience in a luxury setting.

Formación

• Service focused personality is essential; previous Front Desk experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Computer literacy a must with Opera experience an asset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• A passion for Guest Service and a skill for anticipating guest needs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service and ensuring all service standards are followed.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
• Other duties as assigned.
