Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will manage kiosk and front desk check-ins, address guest needs, and create memorable moments.

You’ll greet guests as the first smiling face and set the tone for their visit. You’ll be part of our leadership team, embodying Lead with Love, guiding and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personalities that enjoy people.
• Must be computer-savvy and able to assist with reservations and booking details.
• Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs.
• Ability to stay calm and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, courteous service at all times.
• Lead guests through check-in at kiosks and front desk.
• Collaborate with team following Kalahari Promise and service expectations.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, and hours of operation promptly.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
