Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Front Desk Agent in Sandusky, OH. You will manage guest interactions, process payments, and support daily front desk operations in a family-friendly environment.

Starting rate is $14.00 per hour. No experience is required; training will be provided to the right candidate with a helpful attitude and strong guest service mindset.

Waterpark Front Desk Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekinga Waterpark Front Desk Agent.In this role, youare responsible for maintaining the monetary funds of the waterpark fees, preparing reliable daily financial information, assistingguests,and processing them (indoors and outdoors) as well as Treetop Play areas and communicating all omissions and deviations toappropriate management.

Starting Rate:$14.00 an Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Follow correct credit handling procedures; process orders by recording order and computing bill.
• Be able to perform credit card and room charge transactions
• Keep an open line of communication with all departments and keep them posted on what is happening in the department.
