Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. You will help create lasting memories and deliver top-notch service as part of a team committed to Lead with Love.

You’ll be part of a leadership-oriented team, receive training even if you have no prior experience, and enjoy a benefits package with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests.
• No experience necessary. We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out to ensure memorable experiences.
• Ensure guests feel welcome with friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, and hours of operation promptly.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
