Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the United States is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, guiding them through the process at kiosks and the front desk, addressing needs, and creating memorable moments.

We value positive, outgoing personalities and strong computer skills to handle reservations and check-in programs.

Guest Service Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Agent .In this role, you will provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You’ll be responsible for managing check-ins at both the kiosk and the front desk, addressing guest needs, and creating memorable moments. You’ll often be the first point of contact for our guests, many of whom have traveled hours to visit. You’re the first smiling face to welcome them and orient them to this amazing destination!

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’ll be one of the first associates to greet our guests and to set the tone for their entire experience.

Position starting as early as September.

Pay Rate - $17 - $18/Hr.
