Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Arcadia, CA, seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and provide accurate information about local attractions. You will collaborate with Housekeeping and Bell teams to ensure an excellent first impression.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, processes payments efficiently, and delivers personal, attentive service to every guest throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to use judgment and hotel knowledge to resolve guest situations.
• Fine motor dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and PMS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with warmth and provide outstanding front desk service.
• Issue room keys and guide guests to their rooms or escorts.
• Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages.
• Check guests in and out efficiently with accurate data in the PMS.
• Transmit and receive messages via hotel communication tools (phone, fax, switchboard).
• Process advance registration payments as needed.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
