Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to help ensure safety, assist guests, and maintain venue cleanliness before, during, and after shows. This role requires the ability to greet guests, scan tickets, answer questions, and guide attendees to their seats while upholding a high standard of guest service.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in a guest service role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at venue entry.
• Answer questions and help guests locate seats.
• Examine tickets for entry and verify authenticity.
• Assist guests with special needs and seat accommodations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming venue environment.
• Support venue sustainability and recycling initiatives.
