Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an usher, greeter, or ticket taker to help ensure guest safety and deliver a smooth, welcoming experience at our venues. You will process guests, assist with seating, and perform light cleaning/restocking during shows while supporting guests before, during, and after events.

Evening availability is required; typical shows run from 5pm to 11:30pm. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a diverse guest base

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior customer/guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry; assist with seating and wayfinding.
• Provide directions inside/outside the venue and assist with accessibility needs.
• Keep venue safe, clean and presentable; resolve guest issues as they arise.
• Verify tickets/passes for entry and assist with staff credential checks.
• Assist with show close duties and coordinate via radio with team members.
