Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to welcome guests, scan tickets, guide seating, and help ensure a safe, clean venue before, during, and after shows.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; 1+ year in guest service is desirable, with strong communication skills and the ability to stand, walk, and assist guests throughout events. Perks include free concert tickets and access to employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions at entry.
• Scan tickets and verify entry.
• Assist guests with seating and wayfinding.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness during shows.
• Help resolve guest concerns and emergencies.
