Job summary

Target is looking for a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests and teammates, delivering a quick, accurate shopping experience. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and explain store services while keeping the sales floor organized and inviting.

This on-demand role requires a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and active engagement with shifts via the myTime app. You must respond to contact attempts and pick up shifts to stay active in the program.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to attend orientation and a short training schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience during every interaction.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues efficiently.
• Scan and bag items, support returns, and upsell applicable services.
