Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests, keep store experiences welcoming, and support store operations. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and promote loyalty programs and app features.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training will cover guest service standards, safety, and efficient checkout processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a welcoming attitude.
• Able to communicate clearly and resolve guest questions on the spot.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience.
• Assist guests with finding products and resolving issues.
• Explain and enroll guests in benefits, loyalty and app features.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently; uphold safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members as needed.
