Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience in our store. You will help guests, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while adapting to a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, with training provided and opportunities to work shifts through the myTime app. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak times is important.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience through friendly interaction and service
• Greet guests and assist in locating products or information
• Assist with returns and use the register and payment processes
• Support shifts and teammates to maintain a clean, organized store area
• Promote Target loyalty programs and available services
• Use handheld scanners and app tools to support checkout and pickup services
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow safety policies and store procedures
• All other duties as needed by business needs
