Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver a friendly and efficient guest experience in-store. You will pick up shifts using the myTime app and ensure excellent guest interactions during high-traffic hours.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, reliability, and willingness to learn through provided training. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at points of contact and initiate a helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
