Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to provide outstanding service in our store. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist guests with locating products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

You will work variable shifts via the myTime app, committing to up to shifts as needed, and you will learn and promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist guests with needs.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently and thank guests at end of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Explain and promote Target services, benefits, and loyalty programs.
