Target on-demand team members provide a flexible schedule built around shifts posted by leaders and teammates. As a Guest Advocate, you greet guests, assist with products and services, and ensure a smooth shopping experience at the register and throughout the store.

You will participate in a comprehensive orientation and training, then use the myTime app to pick shifts. You must respond to contact attempts and maintain attendance to remain active in the role.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
