Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to resolve needs and promote store offerings.
• Inform guests about promos, events and loyalty programs.
• Know products, services and loyalty benefits to assist guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely, following safety standards.
• Explain and assist with Target App features and Drive-Up/Order Pickup.
