Job summary

Target is seeking a dedicated Guest Advocate to support guests in store, delivering friendly service and product knowledge. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and help them use Target’s digital tools to enhance their shopping experience.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well in teams, and can adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will cover store operations, loyalty enrollment, and safety standards.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with questions, resolve concerns, and raise guest satisfaction.
• Inform guests about promos, in-store events, and loyalty programs.
• Know product locations and services to help guests efficiently.
• Scan and bag items accurately while following safety practices.
• Explain and help guests use the Target App features like Wallet and Drive Up.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns within policy.
