Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to assist guests with checkout, questions, and using the Target App, Drive Up, and order pickup. You will greet guests, resolve issues, promote loyalty programs and keep the store welcoming.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and customer care.

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
