Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist guests with Order Pick Up and Drive Up processes and guide enrollment and usage.
