Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests in-store, greet customers, and guide them to products and services. You will learn to use the Target App, promote benefits, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, stay organized in a busy store, and can adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training begins upon hire and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stock merchandise safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their shopping needs to create a welcoming experience.
• Identify guest needs, explain products and store services, and promote Target benefits.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Assist guests with returns and troubleshooting, following store policies.
• Educate guests on using the Target App and enrollment in loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
