Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to join our store team. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and provide a welcoming experience while guiding them through promotions and digital tools like the Target App.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teammates to meet guest needs. Training is provided, with opportunities to support drive-up, pickup, and in-store services in a flexible, customer-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be familiar with tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs.
