Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Homewood Mountain & Lake Club location in California seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate to join the Guest Services Department. You will be the main point of contact for guests, helping them select and purchase products and services while delivering personalized service across the Guest Services Office and Ski School Sales areas.

Job requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Hospitality or resort experience preferred.
Proficient with standard office tech (email, Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and answering inquiries about resort products and services.
Develop knowledge of lift tickets, ski/snowboard school programs, rentals, season passes, and other offerings.
Assist guests with product selections and process sales, reservations, and transactions accurately.
Respond to guest concerns, resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating when needed.
Provide information related to billing, resort access, and other guest service matters.
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and operate the resort’s sales and processing systems.
