Job summary

Discovery Land Company in Lake Tahoe, CA, seeks a Club Services Associate to support Member Services, Residential Services, and Outdoor Pursuits at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club. The role spans event setup, guest experiences, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure exceptional service and seamless operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or related fields, a hands-on, team-first attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or related field.
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on, team-first mentality.
• Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Support daily club activations across multiple Club operations departments.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of club experiences, programs, and events.
• Ensure club spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for member use.
• Support housekeeping, home readiness, and real estate tour prep as needed.
• Assist with preparation of homes and spaces for real estate tours and sales experiences.
• Communicate observations and service updates to the Homewood Facilities Team.
