Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Guest Services Senior Lead at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in Homewood, CA. This role leads daily guest services operations and supports the Services Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hospitality or ski-resort experience, prior supervisory background, and a strong focus on accurate communication and guest satisfaction. Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality/ski resort experience.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee daily front desk operations across ticketing, call center, and on-mountain sales.
• Assist with scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback for staff.
• Maintain POS systems and resort product knowledge.
