Job summary

Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to support day-to-day operations in the Guest Services Department and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Tahoe resort.

The role requires strong hospitality and communication skills, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and familiarity with resort services. On-site employment with opportunities for development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages optional.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide accurate resort information.
• Assist with guest flow, reservations, and wayfinding for efficient access to facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products and services (lift tickets, lessons, rentals, passes, conditions).
• Educate guests on options and assist in selecting services that meet needs.
• Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies and promote resort products and promotions.
