Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first contact for guests at our Gilbert site. You will educate on wash and lube services, promote memberships, and guide customers to the best options at the kiosk entrance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy car wash environment. Flexible hours, with day-to-day duties supporting shop and site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must pass a background check as per policy and laws.
• Must be at least 16 years old; driver’s license preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry with enthusiasm at kiosk or touchpoints.
• Identify needs via open-ended questions and active listening.
• Educate on wash, detail, and maintenance packages and memberships.
• Promote promotions and drive add-on sales and upgrades.
• Assist with kiosk payments and answer general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site maintenance as needed.
