Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our Gilbert, AZ site. You will be the first point of contact for guests, educate on wash, detail, and lube packages, and drive membership sales at kiosks and through the front line.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time or part-time status, on-site location, and a competitive pay range apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
• Must pass background check per policy and laws.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or older where required).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry points with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude.
• Educate customers on wash/detail and lube packages and memberships.
• Promote and sell memberships, including Fast Pass and Unlimited programs.
• Assist customers with payments at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and report safety issues.
• Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth site operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed at the site.
