Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet guests, explain services, and promote memberships at our Litchfield Park site. The CSA will handle kiosk transactions, educate customers on wash and detail packages, and work with the team to ensure a fast, friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk or tunnel).
• Educate customers on wash/detail packages and memberships.
• Handle transactions at the kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with site team to support smooth operations.
• Assist with routine cleaning and site upkeep as needed.
