Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Valid driver's license preferred (location-dependent).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate customers on wash and detail packages.
• Educate on lube center packages at select locations.
• Promote and sell memberships (Fast Pass and Unlimited).
• Present current promotions to encourage purchases.
• Assist with payment transactions at the kiosk.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with site team for smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties to support team.
