The Highlands at Harbor Springs is seeking an Activities Supervisor to lead the Activities team, oversee daily setup and execution of activities, and help create memorable experiences for guests at a fast-paced resort.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the Activities team.
• Oversee the daily setup and execution of scheduled activities.
• Provide friendly and engaging service to guests and create memorable experiences.
• Assist with planning and executing resort events and special activities.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and according to resort guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked activity and storage areas.
• Set up and break down activity areas and event spaces.
• Monitor and maintain activity equipment and supplies.
• Communicate schedules, updates, and operational needs with the Activities team and management.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Assist with developing new activities and guest experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
