P.F. Chang's in Gainesville is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers for full-time or part-time hourly roles. You will deliver hospitality, explain menu items, take and serve orders, and handle payments. No prior experience required; we train you.

A positive attitude, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential. State alcohol-service rules apply where needed. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a pan-Asian

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsabilités

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
