Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in Brandon, FL is seeking friendly servers for full-time or part-time dine-in service.

You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and process payments while delivering an exceptional guest experience. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. State minimum age for alcohol service applies; benefits include training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
