P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in Food & Beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters in Winter Park, FL. Full-time or part-time hourly positions with pay of $11.98/hr plus tips.

Training provided and opportunities for advancement within a scratch-kitchen restaurant. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving orders, and handling payments. No prior experience required; must meet age requirements and have or obtain a Food Handler's

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
