Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to implement proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu and can engage guests about items; answers questions.
• Guides guests through dining, takes, places, and serves orders, processes payments.
• Knows seating layout and server areas to smoothly deliver food.
