Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters. You will be part of a core team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a scratch kitchen environment.

We offer full-time or part-time hourly positions with pay range based on experience: $2.13 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for advancement within the company. Benefits include training, meal discounts, and a chance to grow with a nationally recognized Pan-Asian restaurant group.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Food Handler’s Card, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
