Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters in Texas. We offer immediate start for full-time or part-time roles. Expect a customer-first service focus and opportunities to grow within the organization.

As a core team member, you will learn the menu, assist guests with selections, handle orders, and ensure a hospitable dining experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
