Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.
• College graduate with a two- or four-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or related field.
• Entering the full-time workforce or has demonstrated leadership abilities as an assistant manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Breeds a culture using the Vision/Mission to guide Teamwork, Results, Integrity, Passion for Service, Fun, Balance, Innovation and being Guest Driven.
• Responds to verbal guest complaints and refers to AGM/GM for resolution.
• Maintains adequate departmental inventory levels and ensures product quality meets standards.
• Effectively schedules associates to meet sales demands.
• Maintains safety, security, and cash handling procedures; ensures compliance with policies.
• Coaches and develops associates; conducts interviews and evaluates performance every six months.
• Develops goals and action plans for personal/professional growth; provides leadership by example.
