Job summary

Island Time Watersports Caribbean Llc is seeking a dedicated Concierge at the hotel concierge desk. You will assist guests with area information, dining and activity bookings, and transportation arrangements.

You will initiate and follow up on requests and coordinate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with area information—dining, activities, transport, sightseeing.
• Initiate and follow up on guest requests received in person or via other channels.
• Confirm guest requests and reservations and place bookings.
• Research and share additional information as requested by guests.
• Communicate resolutions to appropriate hotel staff/departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
