Onni is seeking a Resident Liaison Supervisor in Chicago to lead the resident liaison team. You will respond to diverse resident feedback, ensure high-level service, and develop creative solutions, while coordinating with properties across the portfolio.

The role requires travel between sites to support strategic priorities and ongoing operational excellence, with a focus on Elevate Living Experience and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide warm, welcoming atmosphere and address inquiries promptly.
• Handle guest payments and maintain financial records.
• Offer information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining.
• Coordinate resident interactions with high level of service and problem solving.
• Assist leasing team with scheduling property tours.
