South Coast Winery Resort & Spa seeks a friendly Bell Person to welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and share resort information to ensure memorable stays. You will deliver outstanding service and support across the front desk and lobby areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Escort guests to guest rooms and explain resort amenities and services
• Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment
• Deliver messages, packages, and guest requests promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance areas, golf carts, and courtesy van
• Support Front Office operations and participate in team meetings
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests to ensure an exceptional experience
• Follow resort service standards and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
